Deposits will still be required when making an appointment over the phone via Square, Cashapp or Venmo. IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO PAY YOUR BALANCE IN CASH. WE DO CHARGE A SMALL FEE WHEN WE HAVE TO SWIPE YOUR CARD OR PROCESS THROUGH A THIRD PARTY. We ask that NO CHILDREN are brought to your appointment unless being serviced. We also ask that NO EXTRA PEOPLE come with you. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SERVICES THAT ARE PAID IN FULL ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We appreciate your business. We would be nothing without you!
Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a total charge of 50% of the booked service charged to the credit card on file. If your card can't be charged, that fee will be required to be paid in advance of booking any future appointments. You will need to give your stylist a call to reschedule. Please be mindful of scheduled appointment times and dates to ensure no loss of funds. ONLY 1 (ONE) RESCHEDULE IS ALLOWED PER DEPOSIT. Your rescheduled appointment must be made within 7 days or you forfeit your deposit. There is a 10 minute grace period around each appointment. If you have not made it to the salon within the grace period, you will have to reschedule and forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be REQUIRED to re-book. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE BOOKED. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE, THAT FEE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO BOOKING ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
