We do realize that our stylists have limited hours posted to book online. That is a direct effect of how we have to navigate in the salon industry while living in a world with Covid-19. If the hours you seek are not listed, reach out to your stylist at the salon to see what else they may have available. Deposits will still be required when making an appointment over the phone via Square, Cashapp or Venmo. IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO PAY YOUR BALANCE IN CASH. WE DO CHARGE A SMALL FEE WHEN WE HAVE TO SWIPE YOUR CARD OR PROCESS THROUGH A THIRD PARTY. PLEASE BOOK EVERY SERVICE YOU NEED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WHEN BOOKING. ADDING SERVICES DURING YOUR SCHEDULED TIME WILL NOT ALWAYS BE AN OPTION. IF AN ADD ON SERVICE THAT WAS NOT BOOKED IS NECESSARY FOR A SUCCESSFUL SERVICE, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE A TIMELY ENTRY AND EXIT. We ask that NO CHILDREN are brought to your scheduled appointment unless being serviced. We also ask that NO EXTRA PEOPLE come with you as well. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SERVICES THAT ARE PAID IN FULL ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you arrive at the salon, give us a call or send us a text and we will let you know when to enter. Please bring a mask that loops around the ears. We appreciate your business. We would be nothing without you!
Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a total charge of 50% of the booked service charged to the credit card on file. If your card can't be charged, that fee will be required to be paid in advance of booking any future appointments. You will need to give your stylist a call to reschedule. Please be mindful of scheduled appointment times and dates to ensure no loss of funds. ONLY 1 (ONE) RESCHEDULE IS ALLOWED PER DEPOSIT. Your rescheduled appointment must be made within 7 days or you forfeit your deposit. There is a 10 minute grace period around each appointment. If you have not made it to the salon within the grace period, you will have to reschedule and forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be REQUIRED to re-book. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE BOOKED. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE, THAT FEE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO BOOKING ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

Enter your contact information, credit card information for your deposit and click confirm booking.
Once you complete the process of booking your primary service, you will see "You're All Set" and there will be a link in pink lettering that says "Book Another Service". Click on that link and go through the same process again. You WILL NOT be charged another deposit for ADD-ON services. If there is not enough space left to book an additional service, please contact your stylist.
